A couple of years ago, I had a bad string of horseback riding accidents that led to injuries in my hips and knees. On top of that, I was working at a computer more than 8 hours a day resulting in constant back, neck, shoulder, and carpel tunnel pain. After the regular doctor visits and months of physical therapy, I realized I needed something more if I wanted to return to horses, gardening, and any other physical activity, or even getting a good night's sleep! I knew little about chiropractic, but thought I'd give it a try, and found myself in Dr. Knych's office. My first adjustment relieved a lot of pain, and that continued to improve after continued treatment. He really focused on my specific situation and suggested other physical therapy and stretches I could perform to help speed my recovery. Of course since then I've been knocked down a couple of times by some horses, but with chiropractic I'm right back on my feet doing what I love! Thanks Doc!

Dr. Knych is extremely knowledgable and compassionate. For years, I suffered from neck pain that frequently caused headaches. Dr. Knych did a very thorough exam, took X-rays and took the time to explain my condition to me. I felt better after just my first adjustment. I now visit Dr. Knych regularly and am headache free.
