My family and I have been patients of Dr. Loedding's for 10 years. You would think after all that time there would be some kindness and familiarity. Wrong. They are very standoffish and dismissing. Not kind at all. We recently decided to switch dentists - our fault for not doing it sooner! I filled out the appropriate forms THREE WEEKS ago for my files to be transferred. Now, with an appointment with my new dentist coming up, I checked to be sure the files were sent. I called the office and the receptionist told me she could not help me. She asked if I could call back later in the week. When I told her this was time sensitive, she attempted to dismiss me by saying, " I don't know what to tell you." Ha - then who does?! When I became upset - justifiably so as it has been 3 weeks and these are my confidential records, she became defensive and hostile. She even hung up on me! I called back and she hung up on me again! My family and I cannot leave that place soon enough!
