Vasectomy did not take. Staff was very rude and would not pass on message for doctor to call back. Heard every excuse in the book from both doctor. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Balandra is the most compassionate doctor we have ever been to. He spends as much time with you as necessary and explains everything in ways you can understand.
