He is a very caring Dr. His staff is very helpful. We always joke and kid with them. His nurse Lynn is the best at hitting a vein. Never had a problem. You get what you give. Like all a lot!

Years ago he told me that I could not have hypoglycemia because it was for young thin people. He also told me I tested my sugar too often. Like prior to eating and after. WHAT a QUACK! I did have hypo and it went into diabetes. Was not helpful at all.

I agree with the post below that says Dr Wolohon thinks the patient doesn't know anything. I've been going to him for two years, and I'VE decided to find a new PCP. Last time I saw him, I complained of neurologic changes. He laughed at me and told me that I just need to pay more attention. He didn't even mention my concerns in the office note.

Dr. Charles Wolohon is an excellent doctor, but his nurse Lynn is absolutely horrible. This woman hates her job and her surroundings. A nurse should be compassionate, loving and kind. She acts like she has the weight of the world on her shoulders. I was there at 7:00 a.m. in the morning for blood work and she walked in and did not speak to the patients in the waiting area. If you are not extremely sick when you get there, I guarantee you that you will be deathly ill after you come in contact with nurse Lynn. She doesn't have a brain at all! If Dr. Wolohon continues to allow this mean spirited woman to be his nurse, he will lose patients. Other than that, Dr. Wolohon is an excellent physician. LOSE THAT ZERO NURSE LYNN!!!!

Do NOT under any circumstances use this person (won't call him a doctor). This PERSON cancelled all of my prescriptions with my pharmacy. This was done after I cancelled an appointment then did not reschedule one because I was out of town for an extended period taking care of my seriously sick/hospitalized mother-in-law. Is this any why of taking care of a patient? The did not even contact me that they were going to do this, they just did it!!!! Found out when I when to have on refilled (which has 2 refills left available on the ORIGINAL prescription). This is unethical and immoral.

I personally love Dr. Wolohon and his staff. I have recently moved from out of town and was looking for a new doctor and I continuously heard nothing but good things about Dr. Wolohon. Now that I have had multiple appointments with him I have now seen for my self the wonderful service provided not only by the doctor but also his staff. The receptionist and the book keeper always greet me with a welcoming smile. The nurse is wonderful and the wait time is minimal both in the waiting room and the exam room. Dr. Wolohon is smart and always listens to your questions and concerns and does his absolute best to have you feeling better and in good health as soon as possible. This office offers walk in hours everyday and if you need an appointment they will get you one as soon as possible. Over all this office and it's staff are wonderful and very pleasant to be around, I would highly recommend Dr. Wolohon!

The receptionist is always rude & has a smart mouth. She is his daughter so she isn't going anywhere. The bookkeeper is an airhead. The nurse is wonderful. Dr. insists on blood work every 3-4 months whether warranted or not. For the most part he knows what he is talking about but most of the time smiles and nods while you talk but then in a Mr. Rogers voice tells you you're an idiot, especially if you disagree or question anything you say. If another dr. has questioned or changed anything he scathingly questions their reputation. Most of the time there is little or no waiting in the lobby, but quite a bit of time waiting in the exam room. He insists on you changing into a gown for him to listen to your heart and lungs even if what you are wearing is just as thin as the gown. He does offer walk in hours every morning and it isn't too difficult to get an appointment. Usually the same day you call or the very next day. You will get good care, but remember you don't know anything.

His staff was incredibly rude. The receptionist acted like it would be painful to smile. The nurse was so silent that it felt uncomfortable. I tried to make conversation but she wasn't having it. Dr. Wolohon is a nice guy and has great bedside manner. He didn't check my vitals, breathing, or heart like most doctors. I will not return to this doctors office due to Dr. Wolohon's rude and sad looking staff. A doctor's office is uncomfortable enough for most, not to mention when the receptionist and nurse act like someone just died.

Dr Wolohon is an experienced, mature doctor who takes time to ask you specific ailment-related questions and listens to your responses. He is willing to hear your concerns and I find him above average in patient care. The staff is personable & friendly.
