On one of my last appointments with Dr. DeFalco he said his mother almost aborted him when she was pregnant and then he started crying.
But fake crying with no tears. It freaked me out. I didn't know what my response should be or why that would warrant any crying at all, real or fake as she obviously didn't abort him. I never went back.
