I had a skin condition that I was pretty sure was X, but he insisted that it was Y, even though I had none of the symptoms of Y. His treatment didn't work. Went to a second dermatologist who diagnosed me with X, without me prompting him for a diagnosis of X. Got treatment from the 2nd derm which helped. The next part is weird. Apparently, Mr. Willoughby is a fan of the Three Stooges, as he literally said "why I outta..." to me. He wasn't smiling when he said it. Never saw him again after this.
