Doctor goes against his own words, I will be finding a new doctor!

My family have been patients of Dr. Williams for over twenty years. Up until about 5 years ago, you could count on quality service and Dr. Williams took the time to address your concerns and spent the necessary time with you. Now, a visit to his office is like standing in line at a Disneyland ride. You are herded in and you are herded out. Dr. Williams seems rushed all the time,trying to get to the next patient. Is this because of lower insurance? We have had misdiagnosis that could have cost my wife her life. He also seems to have a huge turnover of front office staff as there is always a new face when we go in. Finally, for the past year or so, it is practically impossible to reach the office in the afternoons. The phone goes unanswered and even when the answering machine comes on it states the office hours are 8 am to....... no end time given. And his practice is advertised as an "Urgent Care" office. Hopefully your "urgent need" is before noon. We are looking for new doctor.

I LOVE Doc. Williams!!!! Have been going to him for the past 15 yrs. He doesn't shove me out of the office, he will listen until I am done and works with me to get the best results! If he has tried different ways to help a condition, and hasn't gotten good results, he will send me to a specialist to see if they can help. I have never gotten the run around, never have to wait a long time to see him and he has a wonderful personality!!!!!

My mother, myself and now my son have all gone to Dr Williams. I have gone to a few others but have always returned. Dr. Williams is always friendly and helpful. Thank you for years and years of good practice.

Dr Williams is a great doctor. He is always on time and I can always get an appt. any time of the day. I call, and get same day appt. He has compassion.

I've been to Dr. Williams many times & would highly recommend him. His staff is helpful, my waits have been short & he can usually get you in very quickly for an appointment. He doesn't rush you through either & will take time to answer questions.

I appreciate Dr. Williams and staff. They get you in the same day, and are very friendly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. He referred me to a specialist I needed to see, where some doctors want to treat everything in their office.

He's too busy to help you. Most of the time he will send you to someone else to fix your problem. My wife suffers from migrane headaches, he wont prescribe any meds like Imatrex. he sends her to a neurologist. When she cant sleep he wont prescribe any meds like Lunesta, he sends her to a psycologist. I get really tired of the runaround.
