Dr. Jeff Tseng is a fantastic ENT doctor who helped me quickly and with compassion. Great staff.

He told me my left swollen salivary gland was nothing to worry about, just suck a lemon. I went to USC where they did a CT Scan. They found the gland duct was calicified and retaining fluid. The right gland was also retaining liquid. The next step is am MRI of the neck. Dr. Jeffery is personable, well educated, but less than competitent. He should have had the scan and MRI done. This is a chronic problem over 3-4 years. My recommendation is find someone else if you think you have more than a sinus infection. This doctor's diagnosis and treatment abilities are limited.
