Dr. Connor and his wife should not be allowed to handle court cases. He handled my Custody Evaluation, and from the beginning made it obvious he would side with the other parent. He did not let me explain my side of the story. He only relayed the false allegations of the other parent. And, when he asked if there was anything else I would like to talk about, I would mention I would like to talk about my involvement with the kids. He just waved his hand and stopped me. He was not interested in hearing things that showed how much I love the kids.

He told me that if he found out I lied to him during the Custody Evaluation there would be nothing he could do to help me in court.

Then, when I attempted to show proof that the other parent was not only lying, but blaming me for things they had done, he waived his hand to signal he was not interested in my evidence. His report twisted the things I said to favor the other parent.

I repeatedly told Dr. Connor that I was not interested in bashing the other parent and that equal time was best for our kids. Instead, he was only interested in mud-slinging. Eventually, I caught on, and would only deny the false allegations the other parent made so that Dr. Connor could not twist my words.

Dr. Connor told me he *had* to pick a primary parent, even though Kentucky laws presume a 50-50 parenting schedule. I made a rebuttal report that included errors in every section of his evaluation. I used another mental health professional to dismantle his report, piece by piece.

Later, I showed him proof that the other parent had lied to him throughout his report, and he did not change his evaluation. (what was that thing about lying to him??) He tried to reduce my parenting time based on the other parent's unqualified innuendos. The most interesting part is that the other parent used their faults and ascribed them to me. He either cannot see through a lie or something worse was going on.

He tried everything to find a mental health fault in me, but he did not do the same for the other parent. I passed every test because there was nothing wrong with me. I had this verified with two other professionals.

Rather than edit his report to show that the other parent lied to him, he instead didn't show up to court. His report was so terrible that two independent doctorate-level mental health professionals (one who was a former Custody Evaluator)and an independent attorney laughed at it and said "this doesn't make sense". Repeatedly all of these professionals noted there was no objective data to support the recommendation of the report.

It's too bad he didn't show up to court so that he could be exposed. His report is worth a hill. of beans in the end, because he wasn't there to explain it. The other parent should have gotten a refund.

It would have been fun to watch him explain why he didn't amend his report after it was proven he had been lied to.

Anyone can check files from courthouses. Just use his name as the cross reference and start reading.

I did end up winning my case in the end. The other parent just could not stop lying and making outrageous allegations (with no proof to back them up). The other parent was my best witness.

During the proceeding to get custody of my 10 year old grandchild, I wanted to have him evaluated by an unbiased Physiologist so get my grandchild's thoughts and mental state after the suicide of his father for court. He was in the custody of an aunt which he did not want to be with. She was controlling every moment of his life and he want to live with me. My attorney hired Dr. Connor with the understanding that the aunt was not to be present during the evaluation. She brought him to the evaluation. Dr. Conner gave him a list of questions to answer with the aunt sitting right beside him and even answering some of the questions. Dr. Connor then spent around an hour with this traumatized child that knew his ever word was going to be shared with the aunt, who he wanted to get away from and then came to court with an evaluation that the child was "vulnerable to suggestibility" and that he had spent the weekend with me and I had manipulated him. This was not true. I had not seen my grandchild for over two weeks. This incorrect information came from the aunt who was NEVER suppose to be present. His evaluation process is comparable to a child abuser being in the present of a child being questioned about the abuse. He is a serious insult to his profession and a danger to children. For God's sake do NOT let this man near you or your children. He will do more harm than good.

He and his wife were terrible. They lied on the custody report about things I said, got many things incorrect, and ignored restrictive gate-keeping being done by my child’s other parent. Absolutely unprofessional and inaccurate work.

This "Dr." Is a total joke. Watch out if you become in a custody dispute and he is the court appointed psychologist determining the case. He either gets paid off or he is extremely incompetent, and struggling from the beginning stages of Alzheimer's due his old age.
