My wife and I both had our vision corrected with Dr. Pankhurst and his modern LASIK procedure. I had high expectations going into the procedure and am happy to say the high expectations were exceeded on every level. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by an extremely welcoming and service oriented staff. From the consultation appointment to the the one month post op appointment, the experience was amazing. Thank you Dr. Parkurst and Parkhurst NuVision for providing our freedom from placing plastic in my eyes each morning and/or glasses!

My eyes are so blue! Who knew? Every but myself! My cataracts were so bad, I thought I had green eyes, I didn't feel safe to drive, the glare was terrible! Now, I can't believe how amazing colors are after my laser cataract surgery. I'm so glad my optometrist referred me to Dr. Parkhurst. Three of my friends had surgery with Dr. Parkhurst. I was nervous at first, but everyone made me feel so comfortable! No longer do I have to fool around with those pesky contact lenses! Thank you for giving me my life back!

I had ICL surgery with Dr. Parkhurst and had the most fabulous experience! Every single person from the front desk staff to the surgical suite staff were so kind, warm, and professional. I felt so comfortable through the entire process! I fully recommend Dr. Parkhurst and his staff! (Also, I went in for my one month appointment today, and I am seeing better than 20/20 with my ICL’s! I’m so thankful for the way this procedure has impacted my life.)

I was completely satisfied with the whole experience at Dr. Parkhurst. My eyesight had been suddenly gotten worse in less than a years time. As an avid golfer, I was becoming very frustrated at not being able to see the golf ball anymore. I finally broke down and got my eyes examined. The first exam showed I might have cataracts, but I decided to try using glasses at first. Didn't help. I went to another Optometrist who determined that I did have cataracts. She gave me a new prescription for glasses along with a referral to Dr. Parkhurst. Needless to say, the new glasses didn't really help my vision. I made an appointment with the offices of Dr. Parkhurst. I was in awe in the size and scope of their facility. My wife had already mention to me that she was aware of the Doctor, has she had seen him recognized in the local newspaper and TV news stations for his innovative procedures. My initial exam was very professional and thorough. All the alternative procedures were explained to, which included anywhere from basic cataract surgery, to more advanced lens implants. Then I was given a cost breakdown for all the different types of services. I was starting the wonder if Dr. Parkhurst was out of my league and budget. I went home talked it over with my wife, looked over the paperwork and we noticed that although there was different level of implants, there was still the basic cataract surgery. I was kind of skeptical, thinking that when I called up to inquire about basic cataract surgery, that I would be put off ( thinking that they would only cater to high end surgeries). Well I couldn't have been more wrong. I was able to set up both of my surgeries. The people at Dr. Parkhurst's office are very professional and competent. They were able to verify my insurance, provide me with a extremely estimate of my out of pocket cost, provide me with set follow up visits to both their office as well as my optometrist, sent out my eye drop prescriptions, provided me the opportunity to complete my paperwork at home and email back to them as well has having a person I could communicate with if I had any questions. My first surgery went perfect. I could not believe how much my vision improved. Everything was brighter, crisper and more focused. I couldn't wait for the next surgery, which I ended up having yesterday. It is like I an a new man with new eyes. Today i was at the office for the post op follow up visit. Still amazed at the size and scope of his office. I am glad I took my wife's advice and went with Dr. Parkhurst.

Pleasurable experience, staff and doctors very courteous and attentive to my questions, concerns and well being. The afternoon following my first surgery I laid low acting lazy. By the next morning I found myself turning my head to look through the plastic eye cover to view the morning news show because I could see so much better through it than with my other eye, Similar results a week later when I had the second surgery. I personally wish I had been fully alert to experience the cataract removal portion of the procedure. I am intrigued by the technology. So glad to put the glasses in a drawer and forget about them.

I was especially thrilled when I got home from my first cataract surgery on my right eye. It had been a long day and I was soaking in a hot tub of water, when I noticed my bath towels. I could not believe what I saw! I didn’t believe it at first, so I kept switching from left to right eye. My white bath towels were actually white! I had changed detergents a number of times, not understanding why I could not get my whites white. Then I noticed the ceiling. Did my husband paint? No, it was just that I could now actually see the true color. When I looked out of my left eye, which had not had surgery, everything was dingy and dirty almost yellowish tan looking. This was at about 8 o’clock in the evening, about five hours after my surgery. I could not believe it! So now I have finished with both surgeries and I must thank all of you, the staff, all the nurses, and the doctors. A job well done. The staff appears to love their work, whether front desk or clinic director. Thanks to all of you. P. S. Now I can get back to sewing. Somthing I have missed.
