He has always accomodiated us and very professional, my children have been going to him since they were 4 years old and love the dentist. He made sure the experience was positive. I dont have anything bad to say. He even acknowledges me when he sees me outside of the office. Very personable with his patients.

I have gone to Dr. Norris off and on for approx 25 years. The major issue that I have with his demeanor is that fact that he talks to his office personnel rather than to the patient. I have spoken with others that see Dr. Norris and have the same experience. I would like directed answers to the issues that I am experiencing.
