I cannot say enough negative things about Megan Lehmer's judgment, advice and bias. She was chosen to do a psychiatric assessment for the court. As part of the process, she required an obscene amount of money to do her assessment of the abuser, which she professed to take many months but only really started interviewing people as the deadline approached. Then when she completed the assessment, she submitted it without verifying statements or facts, as well as incorporating adjectives that had no place in a factual report.

She worked with a known drug addict and abuser and in her final assessment repeated (and there by validated) the abusers statement that she only started using recently. She made no attempt to discredit the abusers statement, nor did she attempt to a certain if the abuse had gone one for years if not decades.

She is an embarrassment to her profession. She lacks judgement and is easily manipulated. She does very little diligence and limits herself to references provided by the drug user. She clearly does not understand addiction or it causes and is be easily manipulated by an addict. She also has a bias against hard working, rule following individuals who sacrifice for their children. The San Francisco family courts should disqualify her from their referral system, I assume if they did she would have no clients as her beside manner leaves much to be desired as well.

cannot recommend her. I am being polite. she offended me by saying I'm not paying attention when I was. I spend too much time listening to her talk (she needs to be an active listener.) Her stubbornness got to be intolerable.
