Dr. Fox is the most pleasant Dr. I have ever visited. His attitude, concern and helpfulness exceed all expectations. He and his staff go above and beyond what all other Dr.'s in this area do. They are genuine!! The advice I have received over the years has been right on, though some of the Dr.'s that have been referred are less than wonderful. I wish he was a specialist in every field!!

THE DR AND STAFF ARE THE BEST. FROM SOME OF THESE REVIEWS MAYBE THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE THE CHANCE TO RATE SOME OF THESE PATIENTS. I HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN THE STAFF GETS SCREAMED AT. ITS NOT RIGHT. DO PATIENTS NOT GET IT? COURTSEY GOES BOTH WAYS!!!

I find the 2 drs and staff the most helpful that I have met. The last 2 comments must have been due to the attitudes of those patients. I have sat in the waiting room and heard the verbal abuse that his staff has taken from patients. I hope his staff remains with him because they are very caring and sincere I have ever seen.

The doc is a good doctor but from my experience he has problems with his office staff.

Dr Fox is an awsome doctor. His manor is great and I am sure everyone probably feels the same. Can't say the same for the other doc in the office. However I have run into a couple of problems trying to see the doc. Like all doctors his front desk blocks all contact or communications with the doc and when messages are left they do not reach the doctor as they were delivered. For myself I know that one message to try and get an expedited appointment, due to pending travel plans and possible serious health problems, was not delivered properly, according to one of the girls in the office. The first girl I left the message with had very specific directions as to tell the doc I was leaving before the weekend and the directions were apparently ignored or omitter by choice. A prior experience netted the same results with an offer for an appointment days after I left town. Due to this and this alone I have dropped the doc. And trust me it is my lose but bad staff will destroy any business.

Dr. Fox is very smart, helpful and a very caring doctor. He uses a lot of common sense. Wish there were more like him. His staff mirrors his helpfulness and caring.

Dr. Fox was my husbands Dr. in the hospital after surgery & he said he was wonderful. I went to see him for the 1st time today & I must agree. I'm the kind of person that either likes or dislaikes a Dr. after the first meeting. I liked Dr. Fox. The staff was very nice & courteous as well.

Dr. Fox and his staff are friendly and prompt. He has a warm "bedside manner" and is smart and has a good sense of humor. I wish others were more like him. I hate feeling sick, but its good to know there are real doctors like him who are not overwhelmed by the HMO crunch in most offices.
