I have custody of my nephew and he is on medicaid because my husband's insurance will not cover him. I made an appointment with him because a case worker said that he accepts medicaid. He called me because he wanted my nephew to come in early because he did not want to wait around.During the call he told me that he gets paid very little for medicaid. I asked him why he takes it then. After reading other reviews, I understand that he is arrogant and looks down on people with medicaid. My nephew has no other choice and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Do not go to this so called Doctor because he does not care about people!

I feel that it is important to let everyone know that if you have medicaid do not go to this eye doctor. He makes the parent feel bad because the tax payers are helping to pay for your childrens glasses. He refused to give my two children glasses because the tax payers are paying the bill! Personally I do not believe this doctor has a right to make that decision especially when the children have been wearing glasses all their lives! Just because a client is on medicaid for whatever reason does not give this man the authority to judge. Do not go to this doctor!

Very knowledgeable and professional, friendly, personable and prompt. He performed a very thorough exam and was attentive to my comments. Staff was very helpful with insurance issues & scheduling.
