4 years of being treated at Dr Cline Dental establishment and after all
Is said and done.

The relationship is severed over non refundable permanent retainers. (That have fallen off 3 times)

I am hurt by the way I was spoken to on the phone by Joe, he used a technique called “gaslighting” to refer to the orthodontic treatment was what “I had asked for” (no one asks to pay $800 for permanent retainers that do not stay on)

When I spoke to him and I explained the retainers I have been given and placed were permanent retainers and they have popped off three times. It is 4 hours round trip for me to get to and from the dental office.

My issue was that yes in asking for permanent retainers I had assumed I would be receiving permanent quality retainers. When that didn’t happen, I called to explain I did not want to keep having them replaced. And asked for a refund. He said no they already ordered me a new set from a new lab that they are sure will work better.
I explained I was not notified of this change in my treatment plan.

Instead of notifying me, they ordered me a new set of permanent retainers from a different lab without getting my permission. All after the fact that I had asked for a refund and said I no longer wanted the original permanent retainers.

I am disappointed and hurt over this situation.

Two bridges from her. Told they need to be replaced by a competent dentist. 4K was a lot of money to me. Now get to have them done again. She’s nice until she does something wrong.

Staff member Crystal is condescending and then rough and hurts you. Leslie was the only one there that had outstanding patient skills. Dr. Cline lets her staff relay her messages and doesn't see you unless you are having a procedure. She has never once seen me for follow up even when I asked Crystal to see her.

I've never had the customer service issues that others have reported, but they are incompetent dentists. One of their dentists told me I needed 6 crowns. I told them I couldn't afford 6, so we picked the 3 worst and fixed them. That was 3 years ago, I've been back every 6 months to see the other dentist in the practice since, and they have never mentioned again that I have 3 more that need fixed. I suspect that I never had any that needed fixed. The work itself was bad. They created a gap in my teeth by the crown that constantly collects food and hurts. When I told them, they said, "Oh well, we can't fix it now." We recently took my daughter to the orthodontist on our own initiative. The orthodontist asked, "Who is your dentist? Have they ever told you she needs braces?" (no to both questions). He was angry, and said we should have had her in years earlier. The work is now going to be harder, more painful, and more expensive thanks to Cline Dental.

They were very polite to my children who have in the past had a bad experience with a dentist. They listened to all my concerns and helped me find a solution to them. My whole family and extended family has started to see Dr. Cline.

This dentist is very argumentative. She intentionally hurt me for complaining about her staff lying to me and the long wait time of over half an hour. She lied to me about the care she was going to provide. I would not take my dog to this woman.
