I’ve been going to Dr Armstrong for a few years. I’ve always found the front desk to be unprofessional but recently, I’ve had a horrible experience which lead me to find another Dr. first of all, they ordered the wrong contact prescription. When I called the front desk, they completely blamed the dr for this error and wanted to erase all accountability from themselves. (The phone was passed to multiple front desk women during this conversation). THEN I called to get my full prescription for glasses and contacts, and they wouldn’t give me my PD. Honestly I did think the Dr was extremely personable and nice. But her staff was more nice about me telling them I’m never coming back than when I ever called to make an eye appointment. I do not recommend this office.

Dr. Armstrong is great - her office staff, on the other hand are disorganized and unhelpful. Their mistakes, miscommunication, and mis-ordering screwed me out of the $100 rebate they advertised when I was purchasing contacts. They refused to take accountability and blew me off when I asked them to address the problem. Too bad.
