Dr. Amstutz is an extraordinary, gifted therapist who psychologically understands the mind-body-spiritual connection. She is compassionate and caring and goes above and beyond in helping one heal. She listened and was patient and allowed me the freedom to feel safe with her at my own pace. Her empathy helped me to see myself differently. In fact, her gifts of healing gave me insights about myself that were significant in my own growth and healing in therapy. Dr. Amstutz genuinely cares and is interested in helping, she is a real person with thoughts and ideas and is trustworthy and dedicated to her profession and dedicated to her patients. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Amstutz is highly competent, caring and invested in her clients. Her counsel and therapy was spot on and specific to my needs and issues. I particularly appreciated her intuitive knowledge, understanding and creativity in addressing my complexities and was, on the one hand, caring and supportive, and on the other, clear and direct in her counsel. I feel I grew exponentially in self knowledge and understanding during our collaborative journey. My therapeutic partnership with Dr. Amstutz has resulted in my achieving significant gains on many levels which has created a positive impact upon my life and relationships.

I saw Dr. Amstutz a few times for therapy and did not find it helpful. Although she was knowledgeable, I felt that she was impatient, condescending, and arrogant. I would not recommend her to anyone.
