I am also a medical professional. Dr. Pandya is transactional at best. Kid referred for wisdom teeth extraction. No discussion or evaluation- “Sure, I can take them out for you. No discussion of why it is needed. No exam or evaluation to verify it is needed or indicated. Then billed for a comprehensive oral evaluation that he never did. I believe in practicing medicine, not just “phoning it in.”

Being in the medical profession myself, I understand that you can't please everyone. I have never written a bad review for a practitioner or product before. This oral surgeon is only in it for the money. He has no human compassion, humility or bedside manner. My son with a complex medical condition had to have his procedure in a hospital. Because of this we were charged by this doctor, $1500 (out of our own pocket) because he had to drive 30 min to conduct this procedure at the hospital vs his office. Why wasn't I told verbally that he charges $1500 for this. Also, the procedure was not done after hours, but on a Friday afternoon. MetLife and BCBS have never seen this high of a fee before for this non-reimbursable hospital charge. I was told there would be a fee for the hospital and then papers were given to me to sign as I was hurried through the checkout process at the desk. MetLife paid him over $800 for the procedure itself. If they told me the fee was $1500 out of pocket for him to drive to the hospital, I would have RAN... How greedy can you get? He even had the nerve to be snarky to my husband because they were running an hour late getting to pre-op because registration had issues. And I'm sorry the amount of time that goes into setting up a OR procedure is minimal. His pediatric ENT took out his tonsils 3 months ago with no hospital FEE. Unbelievable!!

Dr. Pandya and his staff were professional, caring, and calming. The four staff members I have interacted with were upbeat and cheerful, checking on me often. I worked through the usual insurance issues with verification specialist Melody beforehand so there were no surprises. (Many people have a poor understanding of what their health and dental insurances do ad don't cover.) Dr. Pandya is careful, serene, and skilled. He dealt with a difficult molar cyst bordering the sinus and extracted the tooth without any pain, swelling, or other issues. I went home feeling well cared for, with good guidance for a successful healing process. He followed up that evening with a phone call to ensure I had no problems and was resting well, and a further visit will confirm my recovery. Thank you, MOFSC.

Best Oral Surgeon in Bradenton, Florida! My tooth was causing so much pain and Dr Pandya was able to accommodate me the very same day. Office was also very clean and his staff was nice! I highly recommend this doctor and will definitely call his office if I need another extraction.

I will never go to another office. Dr. Pandya is so gentle and attentive. The staff is accommodating and ready to help. I am always nervous when going to the dentist, but when I am here I know I am being taken care of. Very prefessional and an over all wonderful doctor and staff.

The other day I had a tooth removed and I was very nervous, but the staff quickly turned my anxiety around and I had a very nice experience. Dr. Pandya was a very professional person and made me feel at ease along as Michelle and David.

Dr Pandya is the best. I was referred to him on an emergency basis. His staff found a spot for me that day to have a very abscessed tooth extracted. as you can imagine, i was not prepared for this but his kind and informative manner was calming. all of my followup visits were similar and when i went back for the implant, everything was clearly described as to what would happen. he was so kind during the implant and even gave me words of calming to relax me during that procedure. my regular dentist in Sarasota is now sending him patients based on my good experience -- and they have reported back only good comments. Kudos to a wonderful practice.

I have had a few procedures with Dr. Pandya (in both locations) and every time was a positive experience with the Dr. and his assistants. Patient, thoughtful, caring, and most important for me was truthful, explained EVERYTHING before during and after, even the not so pleasant parts, and that for me was very important, lowered my anxiety level and made something you don't exactly look forward to as "pleasant" as an experience as it could possibly be. 100% confidence in Dr.P. and his staff.

My entire experience with Dr. Pandya and his staff has been incomparably good. The staff is warm and solicitous, making sure all of my questions are answered, and Dr. Pandya and his surgical assistant took fantastic care of me. They were thorough and as gentle as possible under the circumstances (I needed teeth extracted). They sent me home with all the information I needed to facilitate my healing, and later that evening Dr. Pandya called to ask how I was doing. 7:30 at night and he's making follow-up calls! *SO* impressed with my dental surgeon.

This place just wants your money! They refused to file my impacted wisdom teeth extraction under medical, after telling them that my medical insurance covers this procedure. The receptionist said "it's a dental procedure, therefore it's covered under dental". She also refused to let me talk to the insurance coordinator. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and scheduled with Dr. Christian who is filing my procedure under medical!
