This doctor is very unprofessional, he has the worst bedside manner. He rude and disrespectful. The way he treats and talks to his staff I'm surprised he still has any employees. He doesn't give good credible medical advice. He talks in circles and waste your time, then you wait so long to be seen its ridiculous. Save yourself the time and go to another doctor. This doctor aint it!

I had a noon appointment. I waited for an hour and 10 min before I ever saw him and then he looked at my foot for few seconds and said he would be right back. He came back 35 min later and seemed to be in a hurry. He was talking in circles not making any sense and then he very aggressively cut a piece of my toenail off and nicked the skin causing a small cut and bruise. After I left, I had a few more questions about the products he recommended so I tried to call back. No one would answer the phone. Finally got one of the ladies on the phone and asked her the questions. She told me to hold on like she was going to go ask someone and instead she just hung up the phone. I called right back and another lady said she was busy and that Antonio said he would call me back. Three days later I'll let you guess if he ever called me back. I could go on and on about some things he suggested for my foot that other health care professionals don't agree with but that would just be based on opinions so I won't go there. Do yourself a favor and call another foot doctor.

Waited for over an hour and half for service. He talks down to his staff. He bs around, never diagnosed and gave me another appointment. Office is drab and dull. Waste of time and copay.

I work 9 to 10 hours a day I could barely walk to my car after doctor Knowles scrape the callus off my foot I have been doing much better I can walk better and I have no pain. They have a nice staff and he was very kind I would reccomend him to anyone. My son has boot feet and soon as he come home from the navy Dr Knowles will be the first doctor he visit I know he can help his situation.

Don't do it! I have been waiting here for 2 hours past my appointment time. People are standing in the waiting area. No space! Looks like they overbook appointment. Very unprofessional office staff.

I have never been to such an unprofessional doctor! We waiting for over an hour and once the doctor finally arrived, he talked in circles- never making a diagnosis. By the time our appointment was over, we had waiting over 2 hours! Ridiculous! He recommended custom orthopedic inserts for my son's foot pain without explaining that they would be $600. After checking with our insurance, his staff assured us that our insurance would pay most if not all of the orthopedic bill. After we received the custom orthopedic inserts and my son wore them for a couple of weeks, we get a bill in the mail for $600. Our insurance did not pay a thing when Dr. Knowles assured us they would. We tried several times to get Dr. Knowles or the doctor's office manager on the telephone but they would never take our calls. I recommend that you do not take Dr. Knowles or his office staff's word when checking that your insurance will cover the orthopedics. Huge mistake on my part- trusting this doctor!

Dr. Antonio Knowles is a very conscientious and caring Podiatrist. He answered my questions with detailed medical nformation. He was recommended by my wonderful Primary Care doctor, Dr. Nasir Haque. Dr. Haque only recommends the best for his patients.
