This practice is more expensive than most in this area. They gave us an estimate of what the procedure wouldbe minus ins. and it was $400+ more than what they told us it would be. I know an estimate is just an estimate, but $400 difference from what they told us is huge. They should have verified it first. Also, they said a tooth needed a cavity, that previous dentist just 30 days ago said was fine. The lady in the business office is not helpful nor nice, I think her name is Vivian. I cannot recommend anyone to go here. The way we were treated the second time, was terrible. In fact, we did not proceed with the work, and I will file a complaint with my insurance co.
