Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Paid $1,000 to a doctor (hospital bill was $800) who refused to look at my nose to determine if I had a sinus infection. Ran all kinds of tests, but never looked at my nose. Even worse, she was too busy watching the football game to give my the results without stopping in mid-sentence to watch the football game on tv. Don't go to Chandler Regional Hospital. Worst bedside manner EVER!!! ENT community personally communicates with her about not treating patients.
