DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRAUMATIZED FOR LIFE.
It's despicable that someone like this is allowed to still take patients.
Wondering why? Let me break it down for you and you can decide whether or not you want to just google another dentist in the area and save yourself the trauma:

1. This dentist operates out of the dark ages. My sister went in here to get her wisdom teeth out. They gave her NO sedatives, even though thats the COMMON practice for getting your wisdom teeth out in 2021. I'm assuming the only reason why is because they want to save themselves from any law suits instead of actually doing what's BEST for the patient. She was supposed to get FOUR wisdom teeth out, but only ended up getting ONE out because she was in such pain. When we complained to the dentist, he said he was "clear about not sedating people" .. but he WAS NOT because his staff told her to wear short sleeves in the case that the Novocain wasn't enough and they needed to sedate her (which most any dentist will tell you that Novocain is not enough for extremely painful procedure like wisdom teeth removal...).
2. This guy is an absolute tool. He clearly views his patients as a paycheck and that's about it. It could be a mannequin sitting in the chair and he wouldn't know the difference. He did not care at all that my sister was practically hysterical after the pain that he caused her.
3. The office admin dept is a nightmare to deal with. They are rude, they don't return phone calls or messages, and talk to patients like they are an inconvenience rather that people who are just looking for a health related service. (The woman on the phone hung-up mid-conversation without just basic 'ok thanks' or 'ok bye' ... it takes, I don't know, maybe two seconds to acknowledge that the other person on the line is a human being)

In short, plenty of other great dentist out there. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

i had to have a tooth pulled, and the day before, and day of surgery jean the receptionist was wondweful she calmed me down. dr sullivan is the best oral surgeon i have ever been to. when he walked the in the room i was sitting in the chair, he shook my hand with a big smile, calming me down even more. he pulled out the tooth , it must of been one second, with no pain at all telling me everything he was doing.. there was no pressure when he pulled it, when i had had other teeth pulled by other doctors yhe pressure was so bad it felt like theywere going to break your jaw. this doctor is great, no pain at all' he also took out another tooth before this one2 years ago he driled out the root after he took out tooth, again no pain at all. i did not have a computer at the time to give dr sullivan the praise he deserved.

I did like Dr. Sullivan as a dentist, and I also liked the dental assistant who helped preform my wisdom teeth extraction, but I would not recommend that ANYONE use his service until he fires his only receptionist, who is incompetent beyond belief. After her losing my insurance information in the mail, failing to return my calls consistently, even when I attempted 3+ times and when the message was urgent, and--MOST IMPORTANTLY--failing to call in prescriptions for Valium the night before my surgery and THE DAY LATER failing to call in nausea medication while I was miserable and vomiting--it was the fault of the fax machine, and the insurance information was lost in the mail, of course--I am beyond livid with her lack of performance and rudeness (including the rudeness of his answering service), and would not return to Dr. Sullivan's office. It's really too bad, but if the face of your practice is someone who makes your patients doubt the quality, promptness, and attentiveness of your service, you are not a dentist that I would recommend. BEWARE.

I think he's great. Saw me in two days. My primary care now wants me to see only him because he's no hack and caused no pain. Very helpful. Very kind. Great staff. I'm terrified of dentists but he doesn't scare me. I have major issues with my teeth. A lot of pain...when it gets put off..which I do..he corrects the problem..no pain...back to work same hour..,they're great

Bruce Sullivan was an amazing dentist. I just had my wisdom teeth taken out 2 hours ago and I couldn't ask for an easier time. I was so nervous heading in for the appointment and when I left I couldn't believe how simple and comfortable I was. The assistant stayed with me the entire time and dr Sullivan was so gentle and quick. I would recommend him to anyone that needs dental work. Also I was awake for the entire procedure. All I needed was novicane and my two teeth were impacted.

secretary at front desk was rude and grouchy to me and to people on phone... and made snarky remarks to the doc about people without insurance. Dr. Sullivan was cold and distant... not much of a personality. However, the procedure went well. No pain. No complications, and I was back at work 12 hours after having 2 wisdom teeth out.

This guy and staff rock...I'm 32 and a quadriplegic. I have an over sized wheelchair and it was no problem for me to stay in my chair during the procedure. The whole procedure took 15 min and that's with 4 wisdom teeth taken out. The longest part was waiting for the novocaine to take effect. I had a Friday 10am appointment and he took me as soon as I rolled in. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I've recommended a few friends to him as well.

My son had 3 teeth extracted about 5 months ago. The Dr. explained the proceedure to me. My son felt no pain during and after he was put on a prescription. The staff explained the after care treatment. I had 1 tooth extracted yesterday. The Dr. asked if I felt any pain at any time...he would stop immediately. I did and he stopped and gave me additional novicane and it was over. After care was explained. The front office is very competent. The practice is extremely busy....and longer wait times should be expected, but emergencies happen all the time, when people are in pain, etc., such as I was and they will fit you in. I would rather wait an hour for a professional and have no problems later.

I, my husband and 3 children have all been to Dr. Sullivan in the last 7 yrs. He is knowledgeable and explains everything to my satisfaction. It was a painless experience for all but my youngest daughter (20 yrs old)who had she said she was in pain would have been given more medication. My family has had a range of procedures done, wisdom teeth, molars and 2 implants. Dr. Sullivan physically came to my dentist's office to assist in applying the crown on the implant. My family has had a very good experience with Dr. Bruce Sullivan. I would and have recommended him to others.
