DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRAUMATIZED FOR LIFE.
It's despicable that someone like this is allowed to still take patients.
Wondering why? Let me break it down for you and you can decide whether or not you want to just google another dentist in the area and save yourself the trauma:
1. This dentist operates out of the dark ages. My sister went in here to get her wisdom teeth out. They gave her NO sedatives, even though thats the COMMON practice for getting your wisdom teeth out in 2021. I'm assuming the only reason why is because they want to save themselves from any law suits instead of actually doing what's BEST for the patient. She was supposed to get FOUR wisdom teeth out, but only ended up getting ONE out because she was in such pain. When we complained to the dentist, he said he was "clear about not sedating people" .. but he WAS NOT because his staff told her to wear short sleeves in the case that the Novocain wasn't enough and they needed to sedate her (which most any dentist will tell you that Novocain is not enough for extremely painful procedure like wisdom teeth removal...).
2. This guy is an absolute tool. He clearly views his patients as a paycheck and that's about it. It could be a mannequin sitting in the chair and he wouldn't know the difference. He did not care at all that my sister was practically hysterical after the pain that he caused her.
3. The office admin dept is a nightmare to deal with. They are rude, they don't return phone calls or messages, and talk to patients like they are an inconvenience rather that people who are just looking for a health related service. (The woman on the phone hung-up mid-conversation without just basic 'ok thanks' or 'ok bye' ... it takes, I don't know, maybe two seconds to acknowledge that the other person on the line is a human being)
In short, plenty of other great dentist out there. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.
