I was extremely well taken care of by this top rung doctor and was always referred to the top specialists by him within Kaiser Permenente. I did not leave by choice and would go back immediately if it were possible. Dr. Rasin has a warm personality and it's immediately apparent that he cares about his patients. He is a thorough and careful listener. He documents what you tell him and encourages you to include all your concerns at every visit and he takes time to research the best treatment plans and medications. For all the reasons above, it will not be uncommon for him to run a little late. But be assured that you will never feel rushed when it's your turn. Dr. Rasin is also the preferred doctor of staff which is how I came to know about him after being initially referred to a significantly less than satisfactory doctor.
