My name is Victoria Hawkins I'm 60 years old, on February 11th 2020 I had my 1st visit with Dr. Bridgit Joseph. I have many physical & emotional health problems. Upon arriving I didn't tell anyone about my emotional state of mind at that time. I went here and ended up having a bad emotional breakdown. And had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. Dr. Joseph, Naudia(front desk) and Janelle MA. They ALL WENT ABOVE & BEYOND their scope of duties to help me get the care that I needed. They didn't treat me like just another numbered patient, going in and out a revolving door. They treated me like I was important and that my life mattered. I was scared, agitated, paranoid, depressed & thinking about suicide. I felt like I couldn't go on anymore. But I thank GOD that he got our paths to cross this day. Because I wasn't even suppose to see this doctor cause she wasn't my primary doctor. Only through a series of events due to my transportation mix ups. That's how I ended up here but GOD knew that this was where I needed to be. On this day and at this time. Dr. Bridgit Joseph and (Naudia front desk) & Janelle-MA. They ALL were lead by their hearts & their unique medical skills. If they had not been sensitive enough to pick up on the fact that I was in serious mental health trouble. I would not be here today to tell you all this. They ALL 3 fought for me when I had given up fighting for myself. I've since changed my primary doctor to Dr. Bridgit Joseph. I trust them with my health and MY LIFE. Now I can live more days with my 5 grown kids, 6 grandkids, mom, siblings, friends, nieces, nephews etc thanks to this SPECTACULAR team of caring people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM TO EVERYONE. I wouldn't be here today to share this with you all. If it had not been for them all pulling together to save my life. There is a whole lot of other stuff that happened but it's to long to write. But the main points I've already told you. Now today I'm back on my medications and I'm home from the hospital. I'm taking it step by step one day at a time. I just want to let my 3.--Angels know that I'm alive and on the road of recovery. Thanks to their intervention.
