Dr. Frankel is an exceptional, caring physician whose intelligence and pleasant demeanor is a constant . Top-notch.

I am not fond of these anonymous online surveys because it seems unfair to allow someone to be reviewed without giving someone, in this case Dr. Frankel, a chance to respond. But I had to respond to what I have seen as grossly unfair and potentially harmful reviews of Dr. Frankel that have been posted. I have been in her care for complications due to viral and bacterial infections for 5 years and in that time she has gone above and beyond what I could have possibly expected from her. In addition to being very sick and declining rapidly when I first met her and her staff I had also been suffering from unremitting severe pain all over the left side of my body as well as neurological complications. Not satisfied with only treating my infections she ordered tests and scans for my spine and nervous system as well as my heart. After MRI's uncovered many herniations and nerve impingements and emgs showed nerve damage she introduced me to a number of professionals in all the fields of medicine needed to address the complex and overlapping conditions and symptoms I've suffered. Through the five years I've been in her care I have always looked forward to the time I get to spend with her in visits because she treats me with respect and demonstrates a consistent ability to inform me about complex issues in such a way that I can understand and benefit from the knowledge. My health and life have improved on a steady and increasing basis in the years I've been seeing Dr. Frankel and for the first time in ten years I'm beginning to have less pain and more strength and mobility on the left side of my body. Ignore the poor review below and trust me that you will not regret making an appointment to start treatment with her.

Dr frankel has been treating me for about 2 years .. She had previously treated me but unfortunately she wasn't covered U ser my Insurance therefore I couldn't afford Her service. Due to complications. With my lungs I was reunited with Dr frankejs expertise at the MORRISTOWN memorial Hospital ... I have read a review regarding Dr Frankel And i must say THIS us far from the truth. Dr Frankel is a caring positive Dr. She has been concerned for my needs has watched carefully over me ... She has attended to while other Dr's wouldnt touch me even with a 6 foot pole ! She is determined to assure my well being and I can't not believe that someone can be so upset at her that you would go as far as putting such damaging review about her!!! Obviously that person got a good review about dr frankel if she wanted her to treat them . Yes, she is strong but pleasant and at least I can say I have hope she can find a cure for me... She's a great highly recommended specialist !!!

JUST ABOUT THE WORST DOCTOR YOU COULD EXPERIENCE. ARROGANT RUDE, WILL NOT TAKE INPUT FROM THE PATIENT. DISREGARDS ALL SIDE EFFECTS PROM MEDICATIONS SHE PRESCRIBES, AND DOES NOT INFORM PATIENT OF THEM OR POSSIBLE DANGEROUS RESULTS.IF YOU DARE TO QUESTION HER TREATMENT HER RESPONSE IS TO GO SEEK TREATMENT SOME WHERE ELSE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! RECORD OF COMPLAINT WITH MED BOARD STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
