She has be my Optometrist for 2 decades. Has treated me very well.

Been seeing this doctor with my 3 kids for a few years. I came into her office today for my exam. Office was full of people. An hour later none of the patients were seen. I didn’t see the doctor and I heard the office girls whisper to each other that “she” had something to do, and they completely forgot. So obviously the doctor wasn’t in the office but they still didn’t let the patients know. When I asked if the doctor was there, she replied with attitude yes she is. I said well none of the patients are being seen, she replied again with attitude well we’re very just. Not going back there!!

Excellent care! My whole family goes to Dr Collazo. She is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and conscientious. She takes her time to provide you with the best care and to fit you with the most comfortable contact lenses. She would go out of her way to accommodate you despite her very busy schedule. Highly recommended!

I took a friend to Dr. Collazo and saw she worked with "bifocal contacts". After a few questions, I made an appointment and came in. She evaluated my vision which includes astigmatism and age related issues. After a very careful exam, she said we could order samples to see if I could adjust. In the meantime, she would help me with regular lenses so I could see which I liked best. Not only did she examine me for this before dilation, we did it again after to see which was best and to finalize a possible "bifocal" solution. I got a free pair of my new prescription and it was great! I could see so well. Then I got pink eye and had to get rid of the lens. So she ordered me another test pair to try a different vendor to see which style lens worked best and gave me those.
She is ever so thorough which means she may run a bit late on an appointment. (that's why the 4) But I'd rather have that and build that extra time into my schedule than be rushed.
She and Stephanie work together with such coordination, it is refreshing. Even though the office is small, things flow very well, but I've never felt rushed or felt an unnecessary wait.

I've been seeing Dr. Collazo for years now. I've been to other eye doctors but none have been as good to me and my family as she has. I just recently moved to Cypress, but am willing to make that extra drive to go to her office. She has always been helpful and willing to answer any and all questions for me! Great Dr!

I have been to Houston Eye Associates, Vision Source, and many other eye doctors...she is the best. I was nervous about using one associated with Sams because I thought they were here today..gone tomorrow but she has been here 15 years and has a great following. I am older 61 and trying to go from hard to soft contacts and she is SO patient and kind about my inability to get my Contacts out. I went home and had to come back. She always says No
Problem and makes you feel like you are not taking too much time....even though I did!
She will get you seeing 20/20 . She has the field test and automated machines that check your prescription! I highly recommend her! Very knowledgable about allergies that affect the eyes!

Ok.. i usually dont do ratings.. it was ok..Small office.. good prices.. she has had the same employee for so many years.. good to see same staff every year i go in. doctor is very serious. Works too fast.. she gave me a test where i clearly said no to on the back of the form in which i had to pay an extra fee.. did not like that at all.

My husband and I have been patients for 6-7 years. Dr. Collazo has always answered all our questions and responded to all our concerns. She did not hesitate to refer us to an opthamalogist when she thought it was necessary, even making the appointments for us. She also discussed their findings with us to make sure we understood. In these years Dr. Collazo has had the same employee who always greets us by name with a smile. I would recommend and have recommended Dr. Collazo to friends.

This doctor wasn't understanding and considerate. She placed contacts in my eyes and wanted me to agree with the contact prescription while having my dilated eyes. Worst eye doctor experience in my life.
