I recently had a baby in April 2022 and our pediatrician Dr. Jovonsia Taylor has cancelled our appointment on 2 separate occasions without prior notice. Mind you our appointments are every 2 months. I show up to the facility, sign in, and wait only to be told she won’t be in today. The same convenience they request from patients of at least 24 hours should be given in return. To make matters worse I’m wasting my time and money to fly in for Drs appointment that are detrimental to my child’s health and growing. How does an establishment have no other pediatricians available. I will never recommend this place or doctor. If you want cancelled appointments, vague information, and someone who is inattentive then she is the Drs for you. But I won’t spend another dime with her. There aren’t any good things to say about Potomac Physicians or Dr. Taylor.
