I went in because of an acute injury to my back. At first progress seemed inconsistent, but after a few weeks of treatment I now have less pain and more range of motion than before the injury. I wish I'd gone in long ago, and plan to continue with once-a-month maintenance visits to keep from become one of those all-too-common stiff, limited-mobility people as I age.
