He seems to be very knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and helpful, but it took 45 minutes for him to come to the room!

2 appointments was enough to know that he's a bad person. Run away! First appointment was 3 hours long. We only talked to 3 people, including dr. Madsen for a total of 20 minutes the whole visit. It took entirely too long to get an appointment to get results. When you have a brain tumor you should be seen immediately. He and office staff have no hint of professionalism.

I had my second surgery with Dr. Madsen. The surgery was a 2 level cervical spinal fusion. The surgery was a success and I have excellent results. Dr. Madsen took time to explain the surgery and I had very good pain relief measures when needed. His office staff is great and they completed all of my disability forms for both state disability and a private plan. I highly recommend Dr. Madsen.

Dr. Madsen operated on my lower spine in 10/12 with excellent results. I now need a cervical spinal fusion and he will operate in about a month. Total confidence in this physician. Great office staff too. They are very helpful with filing disability claims.

This dr allowed an ecoli type of infection into I my neck during surgery. It took many surgeries for him to also find a spinal leak he'd caused. He hooked a wound vac up and allowed it ti drain my spinal fluid thinking it was infection for 21 days. I now am permanently disabled. My low back also has left one of my legs numb due to trash he left in it. Madsen has gotten away with terrible surgeries and I don't know why. Why does he still have a license.???

I waited 6 months to get in to see Dr Madsen. Mri showed abnormal cervical spinal cord,(indication of MS),also two herniated discs. This man and his nurse told me that Dr Madsen doesn't care about pain and I assume he does'nt care whether you have MS or not. That was back in Feb 2011. It is now Sept 15th and I've just started to receive treatment. I had to start the referral process again. This deuschebag does'nt deserve to be a healthcare provider. I am currently looking for a lawyer so this sort of behavior never happens again. This surgeon is a flake, don't use him or Kaweah Delta Hospital. I am currently seeing neurosurgeon at UCSF/Fresno. They are the best. I don't think Madsen is capable of dealing with lesions on the spinal cord, that's why he kicked me to the curb. I am a contractor and have lost much money because of this. THANKS FOR NOTHING MADSEN. What goes around, comes around, jerk!!!
