Completely inconsiderate and do not provide equitable care, I missed one appointment due to personal and health reasons and I was immediately banned from visiting again without any real chance to talk with anyone or explain what was going on. Would not recommend visiting if you have ever known any struggle or cannot promise to be a perfect patient.

Nasty, dilapidated office, poor dental services: she did a clumsy dental cleaning job and I had to go to other dentist's office for him to finish it. But Dr. Po Po Chui was fast to charge MassHealth for services she didn't provide. I don't recommend anybody on MassHealth, Medicare, or anybody with private insurance to visit Dr. Chui's office. You'll be upset about the poor manner you were treated by that dentist and her troupe of employees. I'd give her zero stars if I could

Dr. Chui is a fantastic Doctor. Every visit has been efficient and meticulous. The team is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with any questions or concerns I have. On my most recent visit, Dr. Chui discovered a minor cavity and was able to fill it in the same sitting, which was incredibly convenient. The entire process has been easy and comfortable. I only have praise for this business!

My wife and I had our first appointments with Dr. Chui. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chui was too, and she treated both of us with gentle care and explained everything thoroughly. It was my wife's first dental visitt since arriving in the US and she was very impressed with the doctor and her staff. We're happy to have Dr. Chui as our new dentist!

I have recently started to see Dr. Po Po Chui and have only wonderful things to say. I saw her for a cleaning a few months ago and she was able to catch a major gum infection I have since been dealing with and addressing.

I also saw her for a routine cavity filling and it was the best filling experience I have ever had. I do not like going to the dentist as I needed a lot of dental work done as a child and get very anxious. Dr. Po Po Chui was extremely efficient and comforting. The entire filling was done in under 30 minutes with very little discomfort or anxiety.

The way she massaged my gum while injecting the novocaine made it so that I barely felt it which I was so pleased with. During the process she and her technician continuously checked in and before I knew it it was completely done!

Jocye at the front desk is also very thorough about checking insurance, etc. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this practice, highly recommend them if you are in need of a new dentist in the area!

I have been seeing Dr Chui for a few years. She is kind, smart, professional, and meticulous with her work. She is also very personable and charismatic. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Po Po Chui's office is quite dilapidated, dirty, I was shocked when I sat down on the dental chair and saw the gross stains on the sink beside me. Dr. Chui tried to sell me the idea of that I needed a root canal, knowing I didn't need it: that was an easy and more profitable way for her to deal with a simple dental problem, and I didn't appreciate that. The office staff are overwhelming offering dental cleanings, being noisy, talking too much. I never will go back to Dr. Chui's office
