Por favor No hagan citas con esta doctora si se puede llamar asi, sus aparatos son los peores que he visto en mi vida me parecia que lo sacaron de un basurero, de tan mal estado, Ella nada profesonal, parece una persona cualquiera menos una doctora, he ido a muchas consultas y nunca vi algo igual. Cuiden su salud y busquen verdaderos profesionales. yo me equivoque y cada vez que pienso en esa consulta, me pregunto como no me sali en el mismo momento q entre.

never visit her for the eye exam again, it is the first time of my eye exam that I feel like not an eye exam. 10 mins done and i didn't see the clear focus as i told her that but still she said it is done. WOW

A very bad service, I do not recommend it, it has no patience with people, I had to wait more than 30 minutes to pick up some glasses, when I got up to ask I answered very rude, bad service.

No recomiendo a esta doctora para nada. Terrible de verdad. No es clara en los servicios que ofrece y luego pretende cobrarle a los pacientes sin aviso. Reclamó la pésima consulta que nos hizo al seguro cuando nos dijo que no lo haría para que yo pudiera llevar a mis hijos a otro lugar. Por fortuna no necesito el dinero tanto como ella y al final me hizo un favor prestándome tan mal servicio porque mi hija debe ser evaluada por un oftalmólogo y ella ni cuenta se di;ó de eso. No vayan a su consulta por favor!

Dr. Espinoza and her staff are excellent! I was seen right away and my insurance paperwork was already authorized upon my arrival. The Dr. was very patient and explained in detail to me what would make my sight better. The staff helped me pick a frame and broke down my benefit to me. I will definitely be going back to Doral Eye Center.

First visit with the Dr & her staff. I was pleased with the professionalism of the doctor. Even though it was just basic customer service, she asked probing questions and I appreciated her general ability to seem empathetic to my life. I will say that the price of the exams and my one pair of frames was more than i was expecting to pay. No one bothered to go over in detail what i was paying for or how much my insurance covered. I highly recommend asking to see in detail what you're paying for.
