This patient is completely unstable. This story was exagerrated. This doctors office goes above and beyond to help patients. Besides being a New York trained in wound care podiatrist. Most patients love his caring manner and a doctor who will do house calls and answer late night calls is invaluable. Toni RN

I brought my custom orthotics to this dr. for repair in June '12, as they needed new covering. The repair took about 3 weeks (he had to send them out to another company). When I got them back in July, they had been made a size too small and the metatarsal pad was in the wrong place. I showed staff what was wrong. They said they'd send them back and have them fixed. In late August (about 4 weeks later), I called about their status and was told orthotics take a while. I called again in mid-September. Staff routinely did not return my phone calls. Eventually I had to call almost every day. In late September, they told me my orthotics were "lost in transit" and if they couldn't be found, the doctor would make me a new pair free of charge. A week later, I was told they'd been found & repaired but then shipped to the wrong location. On 10/9/12, I finally got them back. They're still a size too small. Terrible service, orthotics lost for months, problem never fixed. Stay away!
