My biggest complaint is that when we had appointments with him he would look at his computer the whole time and this affected his ability to listen and respond to our concerns. Because he focused so much on his computer, was unable to discuss our child's concerns with us we changed doctors to someone who made us feel like he listened and cared for our children's wellbeing.
