Just don't say anything while you're in her office. She doesn't want details, won't listen to your fears, nothing. I've never had a doctor roll her eyes at me before her. If she asks you a question just give her a one-word response. Do not elaborate. She does not want details. Make it quick. Don't make her mad. If you're 5 minutes late she'll spend 10 minutes lecturing you about it. Just sit there and say nothing. She knows when she's gone too far, she'll ask if she's upset you. Keep your cool, say "Oh no, not at all!" and just play along. Don't ask her any questions. Newly diagnosed and have questions? Throw them away. Some of the worst "bedside manner" I've seen in 40 years. Do not speak to her unless she asks you a question.
She is like another person when she's in front of other people and staff, acts all caring and concerned. But behind closed doors? Just sit quietly and let her ramble on. Then find a new Neuro.
Look at her employment record. She's been moved around to multiple facilities. There is always a reason behind that. Worth looking into.
The staff is great though. Must be horrible working for her.

Worst staff I have EVER dealt with. My wife was shipped off to an outside lab for an MRI and was never called... the staff was so condescending to her that she actually dropped the F-bomb. The reply? Wong's office sent a form letter saying they had a "zero tolerance policy" on such language. What about the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON TREATING MY AILING WIFE WITH DISRESPECT?? Avoid this practice at all costs.
