Excellent doctor. Very professional, compassionate and has given me hope that my child's problems can be overcome. We went to him 5 years ago. I switched to another psychiatrist for insurance reasons. After a few months, I switched back. Appointments are easy - evening hrs available. Highly recommend.

this Dr and the staff are the best ! Hands down They have let me go short on my payments and hold my check for weeks until my money hits the bank.When he is away I have had the manager call me even on a Sunday. They also ask how you are and really listen when you tell them. no problems for me I just feel badly that the girls get badly abused by patients sometimes.

The doctor is okay. The office staff, specifically billing is horendous. Copays are expected at time of visit; however, deductibles are a totally seperate issue that they do not understand. You will not be seen without paying but according to Athem and plans that have DEDUCTIBLES, each claim is to be submitted/processed and then provider/patient are notified as to balance due. NOT IN THIS OFFICE. Two years of this office collecting $ up front, not processing claims so the payments, that are demanded, are not applied to deductible. No cash paid is applied to your deductilbe because claims are not sumbitted until deductible is meet. You end up paying cash and then the insurance company pays again. What is most offensive is they type of practice this is and how easily the patients can be taken advantage of. Shame on all involved.

I cannot even begin to put into words how much Dr. K has helped me.I have been going to him for 2 years and he promised me I would be free from Methadone and I am after 14 years of the stuff. He believed in me when I didn't have faith in myself. He was available 24/7 when I was going through the transition from Methadone to Seboxen I have never witnessed a more empathetic devoted professional in many years. He is a true gentleman. His office staff Lynette and Alex & Kimberly are fantastic, they are very upbeat and handle the stress of a super busy office with grace and patience. The only thing that the office expects and I can't blame them is your co-payment be paid at the time of your visit. They submit the insurance for you. I have witnessed a few people sneaking past Lynette before paying. Ask yourself would you do that at a grocery store,or clothing store? Pay your bill or make arrangements this office is Stellar

The doctor was extremely helpful and understanding. The staff and other doctors were rude and abrupt when asking to use the phone in an emergency.

Horribly rude staff. Dr. Kljusev goes away on long trips and his office is not helpful in making alternative arrangements. I can also never get a private message to him. They insist I speak to bad-mannered staff. Not really something you want to do when discussing your mental health.
