Though Dr. Patel's intake on my initial visit and his insight into my problem deserves a 4 star, his office staff dropped his score to a 1 star, and that is a gift. I was a spvsr. of an oncology lab in Ct. and owned a case management co. here in Fl. I have worked for and with dr. offices throughout my career and have NEVER dealt with any staff as inept as Dr. Patel's. They would not let me leave him a message or speak with him or the office administrator when we reached an impasse. I am sorry for Dr. Patel. He has no idea how poorly informed Nicole, Jenna and Violet are regarding test results, HIPA regulations and how they represent Dr. Patel. I only wish I was able to speak with him personally.
