Ella took excellent care of me when I was having some female issues earlier this year.

Wait time for my first appointment was over THREE hours.. I ended up leaving. Her staff called to cancel my second appointment (two weeks later) because the doctor did not show up for work that day. The staff offered me an appointment TWO MORE weeks later. Insane… I made my appointment in May, it’s now July and I’ve still not seen this doctor and now refuse to. She obviously does not care about her patients time. When I asked the staff if this was normal, they implied she is not reliable and has poor time management. I’ll be going elsewhere in search of a doctor who is reliable and cares about her patients

I have been going to Dr. Ella for years. after previously having her Mother as my GYN until her retirement. I would never trust my "female issues" with anyone but her. She specializes in High Risk Pregnancy and Endometreosis, which is my issue. I have been pain free for years due to her diligence. As far as her not listening to your needs, or letting you get a word in (as I have read in some of these reviews)...the fact is, she is all about business when it comes to your health. She is very aggressive when it comes to anything and everything. Even sent me to a cardiologist for an exam because she was concerned. I adore her. She does run a little behind, but, I truly believe that it is due to her spending time with each patient. She doesnt rush you out the door. She makes sure each and every concern you have is discussed. That to me is what a Dr is for. I have recommended Dr. Ella to many people, and no one every has a complaint.

If not for Dr. Gayoso, I would not have my son today. Can't say enough about her. I thank God I found her as my doctor. Caring, kind, loving, and full of knowledge. Always takes that extra step to be sure I am ok and all of my female issues are kept in check.

The staff is friendly. The office in general is always behind but what dr's office isn't. The medical industry has become all about the benjamins instead of about the patient. it's about booking as many appts. as possible in one day instead of focusing on the patient's needs. This office is no different. Dr. Ella is very nice but tends to talk really fast and not pause for comments from the patient.

I had to wait for almost hour and half. Then she tried to "impress" me with her knowledge. Barely listening, kept asking questions. She poked my cervix during the exam, which caused me bleeding that night and miscarriage at 8 weeks. I had an ultrasound the day before and the baby's heart beat was perfectly normal. I'll never go back to that office again

Although at the beginning stage of my pregnancy, she was knowledgeable of her practice, she did make me feel secure, but towards the middle I feel like she didn't listen to me like she did before hand, and I felt brushed off, even though she still tried to proceed as being nice, I felt rushed and unheard, I was also upset because I waited 2 hours to see her as well, I normally would not say anything but, since then I did not go to my next schedule appointment, and no one called, or emailed me, and for some one that is high risk I felt as though maybe they should care a little more, I feel as though maybe the next time a high risk patient comes into her office with concerns maybe she will actually listen and discuss what is actually concerning the mother to be, since then I have switched drs, and discovered that what I was concerned with was actually very important, and is now being treated, I'm glad I made the choice to choose another practitioner

Staff at Arnold location not very patient friendly. Often schedule several patients with same appointment times thereby creating a backup for the Doctor. Staff was not very helpful with forms, test results. Loved the Doctor. Dr. Gayoso-Adams has always treated each patient with care and respect. I would recommend her to anyone. She has moved from the Arnold location and has a new staff at new locatin (Hanover). This staff is great.
