After dealing with often extreme back pain I was able to schedule an appointment based on a recommendation from a good friend. After only a few visits, I am confident that Dr. Shortell will provide the relief that I needed and help me to manage the problem with my lower back. Very happy that I was able to become a patient there.

the doctor was very helpful and caring but his assistant had called to confirm an appt, not at home. She said that I had hung the phone on her(not true, I was not home when she called on that day. I guess she got her signal crossed. I will not go back to that office again!
