I was in total shock after having to take my father to Dr. Herrera. My father is in the hospital suffering from COPD, pneumonia,low iron count ,and had a minor stroke. The hospital told him there was bleeding and he needed to go see this doctor. My dad arrived in a wheelchair was weak frail and extremely cold. After checking in my dad and ask if you could get a blanket I asked the staff people there they said they had no blankets. They made him sit in the wheelchair in the waiting room for 45 minutes then finally took him back to the room. What dad was so weak and cold finally he asked me to check to see how much longer it would be . I went out and asked and told them that you have a frail 84-year-old man who is sick and freezing cold can somebody help him. Only after I got upset did the doctor finally come in and was very condescending arrogant and obnoxious. I've never experienced such a coldhearted people in my life who would not even offer a jacket something to an 84-year-old man in the wheelchair obviously extremely sick. How can these type of people exist in our society I will never know. They would probably have more compassion for a dog then for a 84-year-old man with COPD number Ona week and for rail.

I think Dr. Herrera is an excellent doctor. My husband and I have both seen him for different reasons. We both feel like we are in good hands with him. He is knowledgeable and compassionate and also a good listener. I would recommend him to my parents and friends and have.

He was on call in the hospital. Very condescending. A salesperson not a physician IMO. Was offended when asked questions regarding condition. Asked me if I had a medical background. I would not recommend this person...unknowledgeable and no medical concern for patient. A jokester with no chart in hand.

WAS REFFERED TO HIM BY PRIMARY MD- FORCED A PAINFUL RADIOLOGICAL PROCEEDURE- HAD COMPLICATION AND HE REFUSED TO HELP

I was forced to see this doctor in the hospital and also to contact him in an on call situation. He is very unhelpful, does not listen to his patient, and acts as though he is only seeing them in order to get his appointments over with. I would not trust him as my doctor on a regular basis.

This man is an unprofessional direspectful salesman not a doctor. He was trying to make this patient have all procedures without even listening to listening to his complains.
