She's a very nice and intelligent doctor. However, she is far too busy. She misses important issues when in a rush, which is most of the time. The receptionist says whatever she needs to say to cover for the doctors. She has been untruthful several times. Difficult getting refills in a timely manner. I'm looking elsewhere.

I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Cheng in the ER. It was my THIRD visit to the ER in a 6-week period, due to 'chest' pains! She is very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and very perceptive! Thankfully, due to her intuitiveness, I was able to undergo two separate surgical procedures. She spared me from permanent liver damage and a potentially life-altering procedure!
