Dr. Roy asked zero questions about my symptoms. She showed more concern and emotion to the computer not working and the cord caught on the stand. There was not an interactive process with doctor and patient at all. The symptoms I attempted to convey were dISmissed as something else or unrelated to her specialty. I left the appointment feeling like I just watched a doctor move around in a room. She focused on a diagnosis without any test results. Poor communication and bedside manner.

Dr Roy will not answer questions and disrespects her patients. She will not listen to her patients and is very demeaning and condescending with her words, actions, tone of service and body language. She’s not open minded and does not care about her patients “overall” well being and will not take the time to help them. She’s so very focused that she can’t see the forest from the trees, but the way she treats patients and the way she makes them feel is appalling.

Getting Dr. Roy to help you figure out if there is something wrong that’s related to your thyroid condition is like getting teeth pulled... painful, frustrating and leaves you drained. All she wants to do is check your thyroid levels. Try to have a conversation about anything more than that and she’s not interested.
