We have been seeing Dr Meetze for the last ten years and would give him a 5 star plus rating. He and his staff have treated our entire family for thyroid and hearing issues. We have been extremely happy with the professional,caring and efficient way that they treat everyone.Dr. Megyn Mathis Webb, has been excellent also. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Meetze is a terrific ENT professional. Would highly recommend anyone with ears, nose and throat issues to immediately do see him. Very professional and is one of the best ENT's that I have ever seen. Go let him treat you.... You will be glad to didn't wait any longer.

Dr. Keith Meetze who is an Ears, Nose and Throat Specialist recently performed a skin cancer removal surgery on my left ear. I had previously had MOSE surgery on my right ear and had a bad experience so I had experience with this type surgery being performed. Dr. Meetze was excellent. He stepped me through what would be taking place during my surgery and the options that might occur based on the extent of the skin removal. He first made sure I was properly numbed for the procedure then he did the procedure and sent it immediately to the pathologist to see if anymore skin would need to be removed. It turned out that he had to continue with removal of more skin but he explained and made a sketch of what he would be doing next. He did the remaining removal and it tested out fine. He did an amazing job of doing an under stitching on the area and then pulled the top skin together to close the exposed area and applied a top set of stitches. His nurse Diana went over all steps I needed to do to properly clean and care for my ear until I return to have the stitches removed one week later. I return in two days to have the stitches removed but everything is healing nicely and I think any scaring will be minimal due to his expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Meetze for any procedure he is very skilled and professional.

Do not go to this ENT, I am warning you. Dr. Meetze is the most incompetent doctor I have ever been to. I went to him with a sinus problem and he could not figure out what was wrong with me. He ran a couple tests (without telling me they would be extra $$) and wrongly diagnosed me. He then told me "to just let it get better on it's own". Didn't even tell me to use Flonase or Sudafed, just pretty much said "you can leave now".

Went to a different doctor for a second opinion, diagnosed my condition within minutes. Save your time and money and DO NOT go to Dr. Meetze.

Dr. Meetze has put in the time in the field, by my reviews 15 years, and is very knowledgeable and up to date on his treatment. He has displayed his desire to help in any way he can and in a sincere and compassionate manner. I recently suffered from SSNHL (sudden hearing loss) and visited another doctor in Charlotte (who got his medical degree at Harvard University by the way) and he confirmed that Dr. Meetze was giving the correct treatment and self proclaimed "gold standard". Overall, I feel Dr. Meetze has given me a fair evaluation of the risks involved in each procedure as well as the odds of negative effects of risky treatment and possible negative effects. I would recommend Dr. Meetze to patients who desire to be told truthful expectations, be treated with kindness, as he is usually smiling, and are willing to cooperate to achieve the treatment they truly need. Not to mention, I am pleased with the professionalism of the nursing staff at Lake Norman Ear Nose and Throat. (8.8/10)

Since the 3 doctors in this practice are so driven by greed, their office is always short staffed. Dr. Meetze wants to operate on anything with a pulse GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!
