I can't say anything about the doctor because I was never given a chance to see her. The receptionist was really rude, I have a national Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plan which Dr. Schantz was covered under. I was traveling to CT with my 3 month old and 3 year old. She very rudely said "We don't take patients who are traveling" and I said, well you are covered under the insurance, she said "Well we're not going to take patients who are only going to come in once, we take patients who stay with us" And hung up. How rude! She didn't even have the courtesy to direct me to any urgent care clinic. No compassion at all. Very horrible staff, I have a lot of family and friends in this area and I am going to tell them all about this horrible experience.
