Dr. Morning, as a person and doctor, is incredible. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. My primary issue is with the way the billing is handled. In a word: POOR. If you call during business hours regarding any billing issue/question, you are directed to leave a voicemail. You cannot talk with a person and they will not call you back. If you call in efforts to speak with a person and press a different prompt for say, scheduling, they will take a message. No one seems to know what's going on with the billing; only that they can relay a message to the person that handles it. I don't think that it's unreasonable to want to have a DIRECT conversation with someone that can answer questions about status of a payment or what needs to happen to get an issue resolved. Because of the frustration they have caused me and lack of answers I've been able to receive regarding billing, I won't be returning. If the actual care I received wasn't some of the best I've ever experienced, I would be much less disappointed.

I have been going to this group for over ten years. Recently went in to have my second IUD removed and an new one put in. I was shocked to find out that this had to be done in 2 visits, when in the past it was done all in one visit. I questioned the appointment lady who informed me that is the way the insurance does it. After going in for my removal I decided to call my insurance company to ask them why this has to be done in two visits. Guess what I discovered. Cigna DOES NOT require them to do this in two visits, it can be done in ONE. The Cigna representative even double checked because she was shocked that Dr. Cascio and Dr. Morning were doing this. I have taken off 6 hours off from work in two days for a procedure that could have been done in one. All the while Dr's office has now collected two co-pays from me and billed Cigna for two procedures that could have been done in one visit. FRAUD!!!! A complaint for fraud was filled with Cigna. So disgusted by their dishonesty. I am now looking for an honest gynecologist group.

Dr. Morning was extremely professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during my exam. She spent adequate time addressing my questions and answered them thoroughly. Some doctors tend to have a condescending tone, but I got a very positive vibe from Dr. Morning. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of an ObGyn.
