This practice is terribly unorganized!! When a prescription runs and needs to be reauthorized it takes thm 10 days or more to complete the task. I always have to get involved and it still takes a week or more! They totally ignore the pharmacy contacting them multiple times! This doctor is chicken too has they pass this off on staff and do not respond to emails personally! Stay away!!

This doctor is ok; but don't expect him to get to know you personally. River Bend Medical Associates, in my personal opinion are awful; i feel like a piece of fast food at RBMA. They forget you called.. lose faxes etc, etc., etc. Thats our experience. I hope yours is better

He takes a lot of time to listen, and is very respectful of the opinion and thoughts of the patient.
