Went for a cleaning. After the cleaning my bridge felt like it was about to fall out. It eventually fell out the next day. Went back was charged $200 to recement the bridge. It has fallen out again while eating pie. Had to pay up front prior to insurance paying. After the insurance paid she acted like she did not want to refund the overpayment. It took over a month to get the refund and I had to show up in her office to get it.
