I had a very unpleasant experience with this dental office and would reccomend any patient considering this clinic to look elsewhere. The unprofessionalism began from the aggressive medical billing specialist who called incessantly in an attempt to collect payment only a week after treatment prior to insurance even accepting the claim. I realized after I had paid the balance that my insurance did not accept the claim at all and had to come out of pocket $500. This is after the billing specialist reassured my husband and I that our insurance would cover the treatment at 80%. We gave them another chance after this mishap. The morning of the next appointment my husband canceled his appointment due to an emergency. The same billing specialist became very aggressive and accused my husband of being apprehensive about treatment rather than believing his actual reason to miss the appointment and preceded to hang up on him and me when I called back to inquire about the cancelation policy.
