I only intended to give the staff 1 star but I couldn't comment unless I rated everything, so I'm sorry.
Anyway, I just read a google review that described the receptionist perfectly. The reason I canceled my appointment with Dr Pravda is because of that woman on the phone. By far the nastiest I've ever experienced when calling what should be a professional medical office. She was short, rude, threw the phone down, not polite aaattt allll. If the Dr. wants to save his business he should get rid of that miserable human (I hope she's not his wife, if so, my condolences).

Dr. Pravda was thorough and caring but his receptionist is quite disrespectful and unprofessional. Never in my life have I experienced something like that. Quite unfortunate becasue I will look for a new doctor as a result.

Billing Manager is rude and hangs up on you if she knows she is wrong but doesn't feel like speaking to you. Horrible customer service!!!

I asked for a body check and he only looked at my arms, face and the part of my legs that were exposed from my shorts. He did not look at any skin that was covered by my clothes, which was a lot of skin! That is no way to save lives. Do NOT go to this Dr, he was busque and had a horrible bedside manner. When I called to complain to his office manager, instead of telling me to come back in, she said "I don't care, I've worked here for 30 years" and hung up on me!

DR. pravda is very nice and helpful, but his recepcionist is not profesional at all. She sounds unhappy and rude. She doesn't try to help you or work with you, and for that reason I won't go back anymore because I believe in good customer services and she doesn't have it. It is very sad that for one person you have to change your doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Pravda since 2005. My previous derm. in Linden prescribed various topical creams that did nothing for my mild rosacea. Dr. Pravda helped tremendously in my rosacea treatment management, successfully removed moles (the moles did not return as they did from prior dr.'s lack of ability) and saw me right away for an allergic reaction to eye make-up. The cream he prescribed worked immediately and was a welcome relief. I am very happy and satisfied with his knowledge and capability. I will continue to see Dr. Pravda for my annual check-up and recommend Dr. Pravda to others.

Dr. Pravda is very thorough and knowledgeable. Although he will spend time with you, the wait to see him is unacceptable.

I used Dr. Pravda years ago until his menopausal monsterous receptionist went balistic on me. After that, I stopped my monthly visits. I was going for acne which he temporarily cured, and some moles I needed removed. Then the receptionist became this menopausal monster and became real nasty with me and HUNG UP on me!!!!! So, that was it for me. Overall, Dr. P is a wonderful, caring, and generous man who will spend as much time needed with you as possible. I miss my monthly visits with him, but I just couldn't take the front desk monster much longer.
