I always have a wonderful experiencia with Dr. Puentes, he has a very friendly and nice staff as well. I have been a patient of him since he was in Marietta and now in his private office in Cartersville. He does listen and answer all my questions. Best doctor ever.

I have experienced several unprofessional situations with this office including being called with the wrong results, mistakes in scheduling and information about testing. I have also waited a long time to actually see the doctor which was a huge irritation since I had to ask off to go to an appointment. I do not find him very knowledgeable. He has never actually examined the area where my thyroid was removed. Very disappointed and looking for a new practice.
