I never know how to take reveiws because people have such different experiences. I love Dr. Romanella. He is kind and soft spoken and I did not feel rushed at all. He suggested a medication that helped me tremendously. When I got pregnant they called me back right away as I wanted to know if I should stop taking the medication. I never dealt with negative issues from his staff. I work as a therapist and I know the medical field is tough because if patients don't get exactly what they want or hear exactly what they want from the medical professional, even if the professional is being honest, they want they tend to complain. Overall I love this doctor and will continue to see him.

So happy I switched to Dr. Romanella he is great really takes the time to listen and explains everything well. Did not feel rushed at all you can tell he truly cares about his patients.

As a doctor, I've found Romanella mediocre. He has zero personality, caring or bedside manner but thankfully I've never needed him for anything more than refilling my mild dose of cholesterol medicine. He always seems somewhat disinterested and too busy to give you more than a few minutes. His staff on the other hand is the worst I've ever experienced. I get better service, a better attitude and more professionalism from the staff where I get my oil changed. Romanella inherited me and in the nearly 20 years I've seen the various doctors who have come and gone from that group, staff NEVER returns calls. From day 1 their staff always seems miserable. In all that time I have NEVER had someone pick up the phone and speak to me without first being put on hold for several minutes. DR ROMANELLA, IT'S TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE AND GET SOME NEW STAFF THAT IS EVEN SLIGHTLY ABLE TO FAKE CARING ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS AND WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING. I hate calling there and should just find another Dr.

Without any prior upset against this Dr., I came in to ask a few questions regarding some conerens I had been noticing and felt very rushed. Actually, in the middle of my speaking he went out, got a script, and sort of just said goodbye. It was a very short visit and the receptionists were very rude as well. I was polite, asking a few questions, and they did not even feign interest.

Terrible staff and responsiveness. Called emergency line several times and nobody called back. Receptionists are rude and doctor will never get on the phone if you request him.

I have been seeing Dr Romanella for over 10 years. He is FANTASTIC. He always seems to know his stuff and when hes not sure he has no problem sending you to a specialist. The office is always very busy but i have NEVER been rushed out of there or made to feel like he didnt care. I have and continue to recommend this Dr EVERY chance i get. I have my 2 older sons see he as well

The staff at this office is not professional and it seems like they do everything they can do to worsen the day.They talk down to you,disrespect you and the irony is they are not that knowledgeale as they try to prove during their nasty onesided disertations.If you look at other doctors reviews from the same office,this seems to be the concensus

I have been a patient for many years. As a healthy person there was not a need to see dr. that often. Now older and have some health issues. There is absolutely no interest in me as a person. I recently questioned a medication I am taking and having a possible reaction. I researched the medication myself and felt I was having alot of possible side effects. I contacted his office and asked him his feelings, his answer to me was...I don't think your reaction is from the medication but if you feel it is STOP taking it. He did not look into what I was experiencing or tell me to follow up with him in a couple of weeks. Side effects are important and they should be taken seriously even if it turns out not to be from the medication, He is very quick to refer me to someone else and to write prescriptions but I think I need to find a dr, that cares about my health. If I get a cold or sore throat, I think he would be fine but more than that I need a grown up dr,
